We are so excited to welcome (again) Dr. Sarah Conklin to share with us her knowledge on the brain/yoga connection. In addition to being a dedicated yoga practitioner herself, Dr. Conklin was trained as a neuroscientist and is currently the Research Program Administrator for the Center for Women’s Biobehavioral Health Research at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She’ll be discussing her experience as a yogi and a neuroscientist. Asanas, meditation, sutras, breath work… how do they affect and even change your brain?
