Unlocking the Shoulders (12-1:30pm)

($15)  Join Dr. Kate Eckart for a workshop focused on unlocking the shoulders. She'll address self massage, myofascial release, yin poses and and exercises to bring balance to your shoulders. This workshop will offer tips to help remove tightness from daily stress, help you achieve deeper binds in your Ashtanga practice, and find out which poses are being restricted by your tight shoulders. We will be using rollers and props so space is limited, register now to reserve your spot.
